If someone is illegally holding or settling a foreigner in India, he will have to pay a 3 -year prison or a fine of Rs 2 to 5 Lakh. Each foreigner will have to register on arrival. If a person changes the address, name or travel details, it will be mandatory to inform the government to the government, if there is any doubt about foreign citizens, it can also arrest the investigation and without warrant, except biometric data, can also be taken so that it can be identified correctly.
