Today, in the stock market, on Wednesday, April 16, the flat is doing a flat business. In the morning the market was about 100 points up, but now the Sensex is trading at 76,650 levels by about 100 points. The Nifty declines by about 20 points, it is at 23,300 levels.
There is a slight decline in 18 of the 30 shares of the Sensex. Infosys, Maruti and Zomato have a decline of up to 1.70%. IndusInd Bank is the highest up 4%.
The Nifty’s 50 has a decline in 29 shares. The NSE Nifty metal, IT and auto index have a decline of more than half per cent. The shares of public sector banks are about one and a half percent.
Global market declines slightly, DIIS bought shares worth ₹ 6,066 crore
- On 15 April, the US Dow Jones closed down 155 points (0.38%), Nasdaq Composite 8 points (0.049%) and S&P 500 index 9 points (0.17%).
- In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei falls 251 points (0.73%) to 34,016. Korea, Korea, declines by 14 points (0.58%), trading at 2,463.
- China has a decline of Shanghai Composite by 0.92%, trading at 3,237. Hong Kong’s Hangseng index is 2.59% decline, trading at 20,910.
- On April 15, Foreign Investors (FIIs) bought shares worth 6,065.78 crores. Whereas Indian domestic investors (DIIs) sold shares worth Rs 1,951.60 crore.
Ireda after the fourth quarter results 5% rose in shares
Last of FY 2024-25, that is, after positive results in the fourth quarter, the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (Ireda) shares today gain more than 5%.
In the January-March quarter, Ireda has a profit of Rs 502 crore. It has increased by 49% on an annual basis. The company had a profit of ₹ 337.39 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
In Q4Fy25 (January-March quarter), the company generated a revenue of Rs 1,905.06 crore. It has increased by 36.93% on an annual basis. In January-March 2023-24, the company generated a revenue of ₹ 1,391.26 crore. The amount received from selling goods and services is called revenue or revenue. This does not include tax. The company released the results of Q4 on 10 April.
The Sensex rose 1578 points on Tuesday
The stock market was a huge rise yesterday i.e. Tuesday, April 15. The Sensex climbed 1578 points (2.10%) to close at 76,735. The Nifty also rose by 500 points (2.19%), it closed at 23,329 levels.
The Sensex rose 28 out of 30 shares. 6.70%in IndusInd Bank, 4.61%in Tata Motors, 4.50%in Larsen & Toubro, 4.23%in Axis Bank and 4.13%in Adani Ports.
49 out of 50 shares of Nifty rose. NSE sectoral indices were the biggest faster in realty, 5.64%in realty, 3.39%in auto, 3.28%in financial services, 3.20%in metal and 2.97%in media.
