34-36 Ayushman Arogya Temple to be built in Delhi: Pankaj Singh (IANS exclusive)

New -Delhi, April 2 (IANS). Delhi Health Minister Pankaj Singh said on Wednesday that the state government plans to draw up 34 to 36 Ayushman Arogya temples in the national capital under the ‘Premier Ayushman Bhan Infrastructure Mission’. Pankaj Singh said in a special conversation with Ians: “We plan to open about 34 or 35 centers. I can’t confirm the exact number now – it can be 30 or 36. We’ll tell the final figure within the next 15 to 20 days.” He recently targeted the opposition AAAM AADMI party regarding the controller and auditor general (CAG) report. He said: “I will advise the opposition (monkey) to learn to face the truth. If the CAG report, at least they should sit down and review their mistakes. They cheated on the people of Delhi and made mistakes. Who will stop them from paying fines for these mistakes and accept the truth?” According to the CAG report presented at the Delhi meeting budget session, the Minister of Health said: “People involved in scams will not be spared. We focus on our work, and our party really cares for the health system and takes steps to improve health care infrastructure.” Meanwhile, the BJP government, led by Relha Gupta Rs 12.893, has awarded the health sector in the Budget of FY 2025-26 for major initiatives such as Ayushman India Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana, which added the construction of two new medical colleges and 16.186 beds for government hospitals. An important part of the budget is allocated to Indian Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana, who aims to provide financial security and affordable healthcare to more families in the capital. In addition, Rs 1,666,66 crore under the Prime Minister Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission was assigned to increase the critical care block and diagnostic features. In this, Rs 320 crore will be used to set up 400 Health and Welfare Center (HWC), which is also known as Ayushman Arogya Temple (AAM). The budget also contains Rs 9.92 crore for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, which aims to make the records of patients digital and improve access to health services.
