Reaching and continuous development works in these internal areas were also the most important factors that encourage their surrender. The Naxalites surrendered include the Basalion No. 1 member of the Maoist population Guerrilla Army (PLGA), Kamali Hemla (32) and party member Muya Madavi (19) in a company under the Telangana State Committee, which had a reward of Rs 8-8 Lakh.
