International Yoga Day 2025: Preparing for great opportunity with the participation of the Indian Yoga Association

This time the Indian Yoga Association decided to actively organize on this important day. Representatives led by the General Secretary of India Yoga Association Subodh Tiwari met senior officials from the Ministry of Ayush and discussed their detailed action plan. Representatives from 27 states across the country participated in this discussion, which clearly reflects their dedication and enthusiasm. The Ministry of Ayush appreciated this commendable effort by the Indian Yoga Association and the pre -planned plan. With this collaboration, not only will the celebration of International Yoga Day 2025 grow more large, but the benefits of yoga will also be promoted worldwide. The theme of International Yoga Day 2025 is “Forest Earth, Yoga for One Health”. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged everyone to engage yoga in his daily life and be proud of the country’s traditional knowledge. The Indian Yoga Association has committed to promoting this theme on a large scale. This year, special programs will be arranged on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of International Yoga Day. Members of the Indian Yoga Association have already drawn up their action plan for these events. A target has been set to set a world record by feeding yoga in one million places. Yoga sessions are held in well -known sites by working with ten countries. There is a plan to develop a thousand yoga parks and connect the community in a long time. There will be inclusive yoga programs for individuals, children, the elderly and marginalized communities with special needs. It will have a 10 -day training that focuses on conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, mental health and addiction. In addition, ten years of impact on the role of yoga in public health will be evaluated. There will also be a global virtual yoga conference, in which famous yoga experts and health experts will participate. It will be a unique initiative to connect the plantation and neatness campaign with yoga. A special event will be arranged to connect the youth with yoga.
