The structure became viral when people allegedly saw that just a day after the chief minister stopped Nitish Kumar’s Pragati Yatra. Tower’s old designs, poor paintwork and early malfunctions disappointed people. Many people made it online, it calls it an ‘eyebrow -hit’ and compares it to the school project. Most resentment was that Rs 40 lakh was spent on the clock tower.
