After the terror attack in Pahalgam, the central government issued an order to return all the Pakistanis present in India. Similarly, about 1800 Pakistani citizens live in Uttar Pradesh, who will now have to go back. The decision of the Pakistani citizens to leave the country after the Pahalgam attack increased their problems. Currently, people are returning themselves. After the return deadline is over, legal action will be taken against those who do not return to Pakistan. DGP Prashant Kumar said that action would be taken to return Pakistani citizens according to the order of the central government. According to many placed sources, there are about 1800 Pakistani citizens in Uttar Pradesh, who came to a visa a few years ago but did not return. He did not even apply for citizenship under CAA. Hindus from Pakistan is not involved. A large number of Hindus coming from Pakistan applied for citizenship. A large number of Pakistani citizens visit here on short-term and long-term visas, which contain a record central intelligence agencies and home departments. According to the rules, every person coming from Pakistan must register at the SP of the district. At the same time, the Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRR) coordinates it under the IB. After the recent decision of the central government, the local intelligence unit collects details of Pakistani citizens living in all districts. So that further steps can be taken. For example, there are 35 Pakistani citizens in Bareilly, 18 in Bulandshahr, 10 in Varanasi and 30 in Rampur. Thousands of Muslim families in Uttar Pradesh have relations with Pakistani citizens. In such a situation, when the visa period is over, they hide or change their identity. Recently, a mother and daughter in Bareilly were discharged from the post of a government teacher because she was a Pakistani citizen and a case was also registered against him. Even after the visa is over, if the person does not return, the police are picking up, but people keep migrating due to legal complications. The Nepal route is used. Most of Pakistanians use the Nepal route to enter India without a visa. It also contains Seema Haider, which recently came to Noida via Nepal. However, officials believe that their number does not exceed Bangladesh citizens. Since many invaders have acquired Indian citizenship documents, it is not easy to identify them.
