As a result, the factory workers did not receive a salary for four years and retired employees did not receive salary. In such a situation, the watch of hunger came to the laborers and their families. Desperate employees directly opposed the company managers, deputy labor commissioners, public representatives and the chief minister. However, there was disappointment among the employees. In the hope of getting money, the employees borrowed a provident fund, LIC, some jewelry and some money on interest. Meanwhile, retired staff complained to Satpur police that management did not pay the bank, although he deposited money into the bank. Senior Inspector Mahendra Chavan, who understands the management and workers’ part, contacted Abdul Khan, CEO of the company, over the phone and expressed the pain of the workers. Khan also responded positively, saying that the arrears will be repaid soon. The driver’s manager Prasanna Kalkar has assured in writing that the overdue employees will be repaid by January 31.
