The management committee was not exempt from the Supreme Court at 19 but is not from the Supreme Court
The Lucknow Bank of the Allahabad High Court heard a petition on Friday held on the fair at Masood Ghazi Dargah in Bahraich. The Fair Management Committee has not yet received relief from the Supreme Court. Now the court set the next trial date in this case on May 19. During the hearing, the requesters say that the Ueshtha scholarship held on the Dargah will begin from May 18. Therefore, the matter must be heard soon. On this, the court allowed the requesters to submit their petitions to the Chief Justice. Six people, including the chairman, submitted an application on behalf of the Dargah Sharif Management Committee. Justice Ar It was heard by a Bank of Justice Masudi and Justice Ajay Kumar Srivastava-i. In this regard, chief manent lawyer Shailendra Kumar Singh presented his opinion on the petition on behalf of the state government. On behalf of the applicants, his lawyer, Dr. MP Mishra, argued to allow the fair. A request to allow the DM to allow the fair will be disputed by the Bahraich DM on April 26, which refused to allow the fair to be held at Syed Salar Masood Ghazi’s Dargah. The requesters said it was against the purpose of the law. He requested the DM to allow the fair. Earlier on May 8, the government lawyer opposed the petition and said that the DM order was appropriate. The state government submitted an answer. In this regard, the court ordered to consider the application of interim relief during the next hearing. The government and the parties involved also have time to answer the issues raised in the petition. The court said it would not be appropriate to give interim relief before the opposing parties respond in the case. Now the state government has submitted its answer.
