Samastipur, April 18 (IANS). Four people, including a woman, were attacked with acid in Samastipur, Bihar on Friday night. It is said that the other party has targeted the victim’s family on an old case. The case is from the Bhagwatpur village in the Sarairanjan police station in the Samastipur district. According to the information, a woman went outside the house on Friday night to defecate. Then people from the other side began to abuse the woman. When the woman opposed it, they attacked her with acid. The other members of the family screamed the sound of the woman’s screams, and threw sour, through which they were scorched. The residents who reached the place notified police and acknowledged the injured in the hospital. The victim Suresh Das said in a conversation with Ians that we had brought a case against the other party, which was going on in court. To end this matter, there was constant pressure from the other side. When my wife got out of the house today, she was abused and then attacked her with acid. He then hit with sticks while showing the gun. He said that when the people of the village arrived after hearing our voice, they escaped from there. Me, my wife Babita Devi, Charitra Das and Baleshwar Das, were injured in this attack. After receiving information about the incident, Asp Sanjay Pandey, who reached Sadar Hospital, got to know the condition of the victims. He spoke to the media and said that the old rivalry caused a fight between Suresh Das and Motilal’s family, in which some people also sustained injuries. The victim’s family claims to have been attacked by acid. He said that the acid that the doctor threw on family members would be examined and that it would be determined whether it was acidic or any other chemical.
