Supreme Court has rebuked BJP Minister Vijay Shah on comments on Colonel Sophia Qureshi
The Supreme Court on Thursday reprimanded Madhya Pradesh, Vijay Shah, for comment on Colonel Sophia Qureshi. The court said that the person sitting in the constitutional post should be responsible because the country is going through such a situation. The Supreme Court said he should know what he was saying. The Supreme Court also agreed to hear the petition of Madhya Pradesh Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah on May 16, in which he filed a petition against May 14, of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. In this order, a fir was ordered against Indian army officer Colonel Sofia Qureshi for his comment. Qureshi informed the media about Operation Sindoor against Pakistan. Earlier in the day, Vijay Shah moved the High Court against the Supreme Court order over the comments on Colonel Sophia Qureshi. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court against the order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Vijay Shah demanded an early hearing on his petition in the Supreme Court. A FIR was filed in the Indore district on Wednesday by order of the Supreme Court against Madhya Pradesh, Vijay Shah, for allegedly making offensive remarks against Colonel Sophia Qureshi.
