Its pudding is made with milk, sugar and dry fruit. 4. Potato-proof vegetables are eaten with roti, puri or paratha in these vegetables quickly without onion garlic. It is made with tomatoes and green chilli. 5. Sama’s rice Khichdi -rice is also called rice. The Khichdi is also made like a sago khichdi and it is also good for health. 6. Eating fruit is the easiest and healthy way of eating fruit in the fasting. You can make a salad by mixing fruits of your choice such as banana, apple, pomegranate, papaya etc. This gives you energy immediately. 7. Makhane Keer is eaten during Makhane Fast and their cheers become very nice. It is made by adding milk, Makhana, sugar and cardamom. 8. Yogurt and fruits are very beneficial in yogurt.
