Now let’s know the recipe here – ingredients flour – 2 cups chopped spinach – 2 cups ginger chopped – 1/2 teaspoon of garlic – 3 lumps of green coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons green chilli – 1-2 oil – 3-2 breeding salt – the method should be washed and the sticks break. Then chop the spinach. Then chop fine green chillies, ginger, garlic and green coriander. Now grind green chilli, garlic, coriander and ginger in a mixer pot and make a paste. Then filter the dough in a vessel. If you want, you can also make a puree by grinding spinach. Add a pinch of salt to the flour and mix well. Add finely chopped spinach and ginger-garlic green coriander paste and mix well. After adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the mixture, add a little water and knead the parantha dough. Then keep the dough apart for 15-20 minutes to set. Take the dough to the scheduled time and knead it again. Then heat a non -stick pan/tava on medium flame. Make the same amount of dough dough during this time. – Take a dough and roll it around or triangular like a paratha. When the grill gets hot, add a little oil to it and fry the parathas by spreading around. Fry the paratha from both sides until it is bright. Then remove the parantha in a plate.
