DeAnna Pappas Ex Requests Child Custody Agreement Change After Arrest – ryan

DeAnna Pappas’ ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, has reportedly requested a change in the pair’s child custody agreement after her arrest in February.

According to documents obtained by In Touch on Tuesday, April 15, which were filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles earlier that day, Stagliano requested “$1,000 per month” in child support due to having “no income.”

Stagliano, a former gaming company CEO, “four-page income and expense declaration,” which noted that his “financial situation has changed drastically” and that he is currently “looking for work.” Stagliano claims Pappas, who is a flight attendant, earns approximately $160,000 per year. He said he currently has $18,211 in his bank accounts, with monthly expenses totaling $7,907.39.

Stagliano, who was married to Pappas for 11 years, claimed, “As of April 2025, I have no income. I am actively looking for a job, and DeAnna’s constantly changing work schedule and her drinking has made it incredibly difficult to do so.” (Pappas vehemently denied having an issue with alcohol in previous court docs. Stagliano stated in Tuesday’s filing that he requests Pappas undergo “alcohol testing/monitored visits if indicated.” )

Us confirmed that the former Bachelorette was arrested in February following an altercation with Stagliano. The pair share two children: daughter, Addison, 11, and son, Austin, 9. A statement shared via Pappas’ Instagram Stories on April 3 claimed that “Ms. Pappas was not the aggressor” and that “no criminal charges were filed.”

Ms. Pappas remains committed to protecting her children from further trauma and maintaining their right to privacy, as recognized by law.”

The altercation that led to Pappas’ February arrest allegedly took place when Stagliano went to pick up the pair’s daughter. In a declaration written by Pappas at the time, she claimed that former husband refused to leave her garage, removed items from the garage and then, upon confrontation, “forcefully shoved me.”
