“Registration of organizations that do not give audit and annual reports will be canceled

The registration of registered organizations and NGOs in Bihar, which will not submit their annual returns, will be canceled. The registration section gave a deadline of all such organizations and voluntary organizations until May 31, 2025 to submit the annual details online. There are currently thousands of NGOs in Bihar that have not yet submitted their annual returns. It will be taken to cancel the registration of non -governmental organizations and organizations that do not. No report has been submitted for more than five years. According to departmental information, this report will not be accepted physically in the department, but will have to upload it online. According to the registration rules, it is compulsory for all institutions to submit details of their annual report, audit report, form C and the receipt of foreign contribution and use each year. Nevertheless, many institutions have not submitted the expected report for more than five years. If they give the last opportunity, they are directed to upload the report online by May 31. The NGO intends to mean the ‘non-governmental organization’ of the NGO, which means a non-governmental organization. It is an independent organization that works from government and works on social, economic, environmental or other issues. The purpose of NGOs is to protect the interests of different divisions of society and meet their needs. NGOs work closely with the government, the private sector and the community and implement different projects and programs.
