In this way, lay a complaint, first go to the website of the Department of Https://state.bihar.gov.in/rcd/. Go to the highlight of the website and click on the correction of the Public Grieeance Road. An online form will open there, in which you have to fill the field or road name, a clear picture of the broken road, mobile number, e -mail -and other necessary details. Subsequently submit the form. After the process is submitted to the complaint, the Department of the Control and Command Center registers it and issues a drawing number. This number is helpful in detecting each action on your complaint. Until your complaint is resolved, the departmental officers will stay in touch with you. The special thing is that the complaint will not be closed until the applicant himself tells that the road has been restored or the appropriate action has begun. Helpline is also available, if anyone has problems with the online process, he can get help by calling the Road Construction Department of the Road Construction Department. This initiative is a commendable step towards the digital and transparent management system of the Bihar government, which is extremely useful to the people of rural and urban areas. If an officer does not restore the road within the appointed time, a provision has been made for action. Go to the Play Store for this and tap ‘Our Bihar, Our Road’ and download the app. After installing the app, log in by entering your mobile number. Then you have to choose your district, block, panchayat and town. After this, you can submit information and complaints related to the path you want to explain. Your complaint is sent to the officials of the affected area, who must restore the road within a specified time and upload it to the photo app. If there is no work within the set time limit, there is also a provision for action against the officials concerned.
