WAMENDAGRI CALLS the threat of sanctions after Lucky Hakim against Japan without permission
Jakarta – Bima Arya, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri), said his party would call the Indramayu Regent Lucky Hakim who was on Japan without permission. Bima Arya said he would ask an explanation directly from Lucky Hakim. “The Regent communicated and transferred an excuse. But we asked him to the Interior Ministry to explain directly,” Bima Arya said on Monday (7/4/2025). The summons will be executed after Lucky Hakim returned to Indonesia. Bima Arya has the regional head (KDH) and Deputy Chief of the Regional Head (WKDH) who were about to go abroad, the Minister of Home Affairs is granted permission. According to Bima Arya, there are sanctions for regional heads and deputy regional heads that violate the regulation. The type of sanctions given can be a temporary dismissal of the position as regional head. “Sanctions related to the ban in accordance with section 77 paragraph (2) are subject to temporary discharge sanctions for 3 (three) months by the president for the Governor and/or Deputy Governor and by the Minister of the Regent and/or Deputy Regent or Mayor,” he said.
