The founder of "Telegram" returns to Dubai amid the ongoing investigations in France

The founder of “Telegram” and his CEO, the billionaire Pavel Dorov, returned to the Emirates, who have its nationality, after France temporarily relieved the restrictions it imposed, within a criminal investigation related to the application of correspondence. “As you heard, I returned to Dubai after spending a few months in France because of an investigation related to the activity of criminals on (Telegram). I would like to thank the judges’ investigators for allowing it,” Dorov said in a post on Monday. According to an official at the prosecutor’s office in Paris, the judicial order that was obliged to remain in France during the investigation, between March 15 and April 7, was suspended by a decision to investigate judges. The French Press Agency previously reported that Dorov has been given permission to leave the country. The 40 -year -old French authorities were charged last August related to crimes committed by the application, including the distribution of sexual photos of children, who denied Dorov.
