The Turkish police arrested a young man and his mother -in -law, while they were in a local TV channel studio during a live broadcast of an investigation program that revealed an illegal relationship between the two.

The police officers entered the headquarters of the ATV TV channel, and arrested the young man who called Juma, who is 21 years old, and his mother -in -law Goldani, who is 47 years old, on charges of establishing a “illegal relationship”, in addition to the threat of “Delik”, the daughter of the woman and the young woman who suffers from a limited mental disability.

The young fiancée, “Delik”, resorted to the program “With Israa Airul” television, which deals with strange and uncommon social issues, as the young woman claimed that her mother and her fiancé have established an illegal relationship with each other, and threatened her when she discovered that relationship, before the young man and his mother -in -law moved together away from his fiancée and her father.

The Delik’s father, who was between the attendance of the program and his daughter on the one hand and the Khatib and its mother -in -law, on the other hand, exchanged accusations about the details of the story and how it ended in that way.

The mother -in -law defended herself and her relationship with the preacher of her daughter, and it was mentioned that she was also pregnant from him, while the daughter accused her mother of stealing her fiancé, and also accused her fiancé of preventing her from revealing his relationship with her mother under the threat of death.

The story sparked controversy on social media in Turkey, calling for the intervention of the Turkish Radio and Television Authority and the opening of an investigation with the presenter of the program, and the channel that broadcasts it.

The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation said in a statement that it has opened an urgent investigation regarding what was raised in the program, and the necessary measures will be taken quickly.

The authority urged the Turkish media to observe societal values ​​in its programs, act with responsibility, not to violate the family structure and protect children.
