  1. If you believe anything this guy is saying, I have a bridge I want to sell you, the NSA, the FBI, the CIA, they haven't shut shit down, that's what they want you to believe, relax, get complacent…….oh yeah, the TSA is shutting down too.

  2. I think they're ending it because they don't need it(old tech…) anymore, due to having something even more stealthy and elusive(it won't be easily discovered, at all) that can/will invade our privacy and communications. And, within their game/game plan, telling us they're not going to use it anymore will put the sheeple at ease…while they're breaking in the new tech(that's even more elusive to detection/being discovered).
