Hey y’all, whipped out the grill this week. Brings up good news bad news. Grilling=healthy (good)… grilling+burgers+cheese= high fat cholesterol meltdown. Gained some food weight this week from eating like 5 cheese burgers, 2 sets of buns. Bad me… but that’s out of my system and not technically against the rules because it’s not fast food. This weeks goal is to get to 245. I am tired of maintaining +/- 2 lbs from 250. This week we get serious again. We are 2 months down and down about 10lbs per month. I can’t stop there. I must keep going. See y’all next week.
