Turkey Chili Meal Prep. High in Protien,High in Fiber and Low carb.



Hi Guys Welcome back to my channel. So glad to see yall back for my first cooking video. This week I decided to make my Chili recipe. This recipe is great easy quick and very versatile. Protein
2 pounds of ground turkey
Or ground Beef
Or ground chicken
6 garlic gloves(I used 12 because I love garlic )
1 white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1 can red beans (drained)
1 can red tomatoes sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
Chicken stock or chicken Broth (low sodium)

Chili Powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne

Toppings
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Parsley
