A few mama friends and I decided to get together and have an instant pot party! (If you don’t have one you need one … Check out the link in my bio to buy my favorite sizes) I made easy ramen miso noodle soup with Pork Belly & Bok choy 🍲🍜🍖 I wish TJ’s still had their hand made rice noodles in the refrigerator section. You can easily make this in a normal pot on the stove. I bought my ramen noodles from my local Asian grocery store
—–————————–𝓓𝓲𝓻𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼: 1) Soft boil a few eggs🥚(3 mins low pressure in the IP) 2) Set the IP to saute or in a pot pour all of the miso broth on high heat and add a good squeeze of ginger paste 2) In a Pan with some sesame oil brown/warm the pork belly on medium heat for 5 min 3) Cut the boiled eggs in half & pork belly into pieces 4) add the ramen noodles and baby bok choy to the boiling miso broth and add umami to taste for about 3 mins 5) Pour everything into the bowl and add the boiled egg and cut up pork belly & enjoy .. Top it off with green onions and sriracha sauce 🌶😋
