Teenage boy hit by automotive whereas driving bike in Swansea

SWANSEA, Sick. — A teenage boy needed to be flown to St. Louis Kids’s Hospital after being hit by a automotive whereas driving his bike in Swansea, Illinois, Saturday afternoon.

Police in Swansea stated the boy was driving his bike throughout the road close to the intersection of North Belt West and Fullerton Highway when he was hit. He was rushed to an area hospital earlier than being flown to the trauma heart at St. Louis Kids’s Hospital.

The intersection was closed for about two hours whereas police investigated the crash. Police didn’t say what the boy’s situation was.
