SOMETIMES ALL YOU NEED IS A ROAST 🍗

Definitely wish I was devouring this bad boy today – unfortunately my meals during the week tend to be a lot more snack like to to time constraints and work load, such as dinners of pasta, toast, crackers and my fave, pizza. Whilst it is super easy to cook healthy meals from scratch, sometimes you just can’t be bothered or simply don’t have to time! Do you feel me fellow placement gang? Last night I was working straight until 9.30 so grazed on leftovers in my fridge, which isn’t ideal and I also wasn’t even sure how much I ended up eating! It’s so funny how placement completely turns your life upside down 😅 Only 8 placement days left to go now til 3 weeks off 💪🏼 THE END IS IN SIGHT (and so is cooking proper meals again 😂🤤) 🥳
