Ya’ll been asking for my meal breakdown, so I put together this quick video for you.

From morning to night I’m about 5-6 meals and we’re no frills, no thrills here. If you want a good shape, you want your muscles to be seen, you want the summer to be the most fun yet, you gotta stay disciplined fam!

Meal Breakdown
Meal 1: Oats and Egg Whites
Meal 2: Chicken, Olive Oil Spray, White Rice, Handful of Greens
Meal 3: Chicken, Olive Oil Spray, White Rice, Handful of Greens + Almond Butter
Meal 4: Tri-Tip (Thank you Trifecta!) Olive Oil Spray, White Rice, Handful of Greens + Almond Butter
