My ketogenic one meal a day prep! March 9 2019.



The ketogenic diet is a diet consisting of foods high in fats and protein. It is known for relieving epilepsy symptoms ,and it has become a living lifestyle for those who want to improve overall health. I’m no doctor but since last year Sept 2018, I lost 31 lbs! For me this diet is bulletproof. I cheat day here and there but I get back on it. I work out 3 to 4 times a week high intensity training along with weight training and calisthenics. The keto diet has helped me lose weight and 9 inches off my body. Change your ways, change your life! If this diet has helped me, it’ll surely help you. Aloha! God bless! Thanks for watching!
