MEAL PREP YOUR SMOOTHIES JUST LIKE THIS



Hey guys! I hope you enjoy this video. Smoothie prepping for the week has really helped me get my diet on track because cooking breakfast every morning is a struggle for me. I like fresh fruit better because I know there isn’t any added preservatives or sugar, and the best part about smoothie prepping for me is you get the fresh fruit with the same texture as if you were to use pre frozen fruit( freezing your fresh fruits and veggies for 7 days will not make them lose their nutritional value).

A few Recipes below that I enjoy 😊 👇🏾-

1.
1 banana
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup mangos
Small hand full of raw cashews
1 tsp honey
1 tsp 🥜 butter ( OPTIONAL, I just like butt butter lol).
1 scoop protein powder
Almond milk or water

2.
1/3 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup of spinach
1 smaller kale leaf ( remove stem)
1/2 tsp of flax seeds
1/2 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of honey
Almond milk or water

3.
1 banana
1 tsp of Coaco powder
2 pitted dates
1 tsp of almond butter
1 cup of spinach
3/4 cup of coffee
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
(Maybe add ice to this one)

4.
1 banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1 kale leaf
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp of honey
1 scoop of protein powder(optional)
Almond milk or water

5
1/2 large green apple
1 cup of spinach
1 kale leaf
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp of honey
Chia seed (optional)
