Make the marinade: 3 tablespoons of pesto, half of a lime, one teaspoon of salt
-place in a ziplock with the chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour
Combine 1/4 cup of dijon mustard and 1/4 cup of honey and put half of the mix over the chicken and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven, put the rest of the marinade on the chicken and set the oven to broil. Allow the chicken to broil for another 15 minutes.
Set water to boil in a pot, once water is boiling add the asparagus until they become a bright green and quickly remove them from the water.
Cut 3 medium zucchinis and add salt and pepper to your liking and cook them in a pan, spray a bit of oil to cook. In a small bowl combine 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and one tablespoon of honey then drizzle it over the zucchini once you have plated the servings.
