    Deadlift

  3. Hey Jason. Ive used the Ice Cream WO v1(ICWO) around 4 or 5 years ago. Strongest ive ever been. My friends dont want to watch your vids that explain ICWO v2 ….. How can i convince them that this WO is going to help them with all the important lifts, gain enormous strength and also promote full muscle growth?
