I haven’t got much time to make stuff at home at the mo due to my dissertation 🤯 so I’m treating myself to brunch out today whilst working ~ I’ve got lots of healthy fats on sourdough toast 🐟 There is some evidence to show that DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) found in oily fish like salmon contributes to normal brain function and normal vision 🧠👀 (and other health benefits such as cardiovascular health), recommendations are to eat 2 portions of fish a week 🐟🐟 and 1 portion from oily fish 🐠. Vegans 🌱 ~ try and increase sources of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), from foods such as flax seeds, walnuts, soybeans, hazlenuts, chia seeds, tofu, leafy greens + seaweed (in small amounts)🥬
