How To Easily Prepare Your Meals To Work



Almost all of us suffer time management issues when it comes to preparing our meals every morning. The most common excuse I get from clients from not adhering to their diet plan is “Because I had to rush to work and didn’t have time to prepare my meals” and that happens everyday 😀

This is how I prepare my meals every morning before going to work and it never takes me more than 20 – 30 mins to prepare both meals and a snack

Breakfast: (Approx.)
Protein: 36 – 40 grams
Fats: 11g
Carbs: 24g
Lunch:
(Approx.)
Protein: 60 grams
Fats: 16g
Carbs: 7g
