How to make dry soya chilli chunks at home?

Dry soyabean chunks and some restaurent style manchurian gravy with schezwan chutney!

Ingredients:

1 small bowl capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
Spring onion (chopped)
Soyabean chunks
1 tsp vinegar
1 bowl chopped cabbage
Salt as per taste
Cornflour

Method:

Put soyabean in cooker, add some water & salt
Close the lid
Wait for 1 whistle
Put soyabean in bowl
Add water as shown
Wash soya, soak water and put soyabean in separate bowl as shown
Now add cornflour
Add salt
Mix well
Heat oil in pan
Shallow fry soyabean
Remove fried soyabean in a bowl
Heat oil in pan
Add cabbage
Add chopped spring onion
Add chopped capsicum
Add salt
Saute
Add tomato sauce
Add chilli garlic sauce
Add soya sauce
Add schezwan chutney
Saute
Add little water
Saute for 1 minute
Add soyabean
Saute/mix well
Add little cornflour (1-2 tsp)
Mix well
Saute for a minute
Serve hot

Special tips for Dry Soya Chilli recipe:

Avoid soaking soya chunks in water for long duration
Add slit green chillies for spicy flavour
Use freshly prepared shezwan chutney
You can replace tomato sauce with ketchup for different taste
