Hong Kong protesters rally in luxurious buying space

Hong Kong’s summer season of protests continued Sunday as demonstrators occupied varied neighborhoods and a high-end buying space earlier than being pushed again by police in riot gear.

The anti-government rallies kicked off at public parks in several components of town and one turned chaotic when protesters used a selfmade slingshot to hurl rocks at a police station.

At one other demonstration, a musician performed “Do You Hear the Folks Sing?” from the musical “Les Miserables.” The track has turned a rallying cry for the protesters as they name for presidency accountability.

When cops cleared out one space with tear fuel, the protesters hit up Causeway Bay, a luxurious buying space with upscale eating places and shops.

A whole bunch of vehicles and buses stood at a standstill for about 30 minutes when protesters barricaded a serious street.
