Healthy Foods Aren't Necessarily Healthy – Understanding Food Allergies and Food Sensitivities



In this video, Darren McDuffie talks about food allergies , food intolerance, and food sensitivities. Some foods that may be considered to be healthy for some people may not be healthy for all. There are five common food sensitivities many people have which include corn, soy, milk, gluten, and eggs. Children can have food sensitivities which may add to conditions such as ear infections. It is important to try an elimination diet and then rotate foods back into the diet to see if there is a true intolerance/sensitivity.
