In this video I talk all about CRAVINGS! How to conquer cravings, how to get over them… but most importantly – how to NOT GET CRAVINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE! After all would you rather deal with a craving… or not deal with a craving? Well, when you eat a whole foods, plant based diet – you get cravings for healthy food! You retrain your brain and your body to WANT to healthy foods! Who knew you could crave kale? HA! Remember, though, this doesn’t mean that adopting just a vegan diet will make cravings go away. It’s important that we are eating unprocessed, whole foods – like starches, vegetables, fruits, and legumes, and possibly some nuts & seeds. THESE are the foods that we want to crave. We don’t want to be craving Oreos – because those are vegan too 😉
