That depends on your blood type. Basically Blood Types are main four stages..
First O blood: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy products make O blood type.
Second A blood: A meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains which make this type of blood.
Third B blood: Avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds which make these type of blood in your body..
Forth AB blood: Foods to focus on include tofu, seafood, dairy, and green vegetables also make AB blood groups in your body…
