Selfmade cookie dough (recipe under) with vegan ice cream. For the wholesome caramel, merely mix a number of dates with a tiny little bit of water and salt.
Cookie dough substances: 50g dates (or extra for further sweetness), 1 tbsp nut butter (I used almond), pinch of salt, 200g cooked white beans (drained and washed), 50g flour (I used almond flour), 30g vegan chocolate chips. Directions: Mix the beans, salt, dates and nut butter in a meals processor or blender. Add within the flour and blend once more. You should use your arms or an enormous spoon too. Ultimate step: fold within the chocolate chips. #bestofvegan
