Cabbage Manchurian

Elements :

To make cabbage manchurian balls
Cabbage – 2 cups 
Salt – 1 tsp
Purple chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pepper
Ginger – 1 tsp chopped
Garlic – 1 tsp chopped
Corn flour – 2 tbsp 
Maida – 2 tbsp 
Oil

To make manchurian sauce
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp finely chopped 
Garlic – 1 tsp finely chopped 
Onion – 1 nos finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 nos finely chopped
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Purple chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – Three tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Water – half cup
Chilli flakes – half tsp
Pepper
Spring onion greens

Methodology :
1.Grate the cabbage 
2.Take the grated cabbage in a bowl
3.Add maida, corn flour, ginger, garlic, crimson chili powder, salt, pepper powder
4.Combine every thing nicely 
5.Make small balls out of it and preserve it apart 
6.Warmth some oil for deep frying 
7.Add the balls into the new oil and deep fry them 
8.Hold this apart 
9.Warmth a pan with some oil, add garlic, ginger, onions, capsicum and stir fry them 
10.Add all of the sauces, and blend nicely 
11.Add the fried cabbage balls, crimson chili flakes, pepper and blend it alongside 
12.Prepare dinner it for five minutes
13.Lastly add spring onion greens and switch off the range 
14.Serve the Cabbage Manchurian whereas it’s nonetheless scorching.
