Hi! My name is Michelle and I’m a fitness enthusiast preparing for my first bikini show in May! I am just documenting what I do each week so I can keep myself accountable 😉 This week I kept eating very simple due to crazy work schedule. I usually do cook much more and pack them in containers ready to go, but instead, I buffet prep them and measure them out as needed. Currently I am practicing intermittent fasting.
Meal 1 at 3pm – 2 cans of tuna with frozen veggies
Meal 2 at 8pm – lean minced beef with stir fried veggies
Meal 3 at 9pm – Home made granola and fat free greek yogurt
Meal 4 at 12pm – protein shake and/or fruits
