This is a recent video of my daily restriction after a big social outing the previous day. I experienced strong evening cravings and thankfully had some dairy-free Halo Top in the freezer.
This day was fully plant-based, since I am trying to get back to clean and mostly vegan eating since that helps me restrict most.
Another reason for eating a clean diet at home is that I eat seafood and egg products in social situations – so I want to give my digestive system a break and not consume it daily to keep my gut relatively healthy.
These videos have originally been inspired by YouTubers such as Oat Fiber and Have a Bite.
On the day in the video I consumed:
– Flavoured black tea with liquid stevia and unsweetened almond milk (26)
– Mixed leaf salad with tempeh and avocado (203)
– Cherry tomatoes (15)
– Shirataki penne with vegan tofu ragu and almond ricotta (160)
– 1/2 cup of each Halo top flavour (270)
EDIT: I FORGOT TO LOG ALMOND MILK I HAD WITH THE, SO THE ACTUAL TOTAL IS 674 INSTEAD OF 649.

I am generally an active individual and eat about 700-1000 kcal on my restrictive days, which allows me to relax in social situations with food when I have social events professionally or with friends.
This works for me, but I am in no way a dietitian or health specialist – so please practice calorie restriction at your own risk while listening to your body.
