Kale has grown in popularity over the last few years and remains one of the most popular and most consumed leafy green vegetables today. It is packed with nutrition and is very nutrient dense, which means you do not need to eat it in large quantities to obtain its benefits. It can help ti reduce inflammation, boost the immune system and more as we will discuss in this video. Now, lets discuss some of the amazing health benefits of consuming kale regularly.

1. First, as mentioned previously, kale is incredibly nutrient dense. It contains many different types of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that can support our overall health.
