If this does not happen, then your food goes waste, because if you want to digest the food, then your metabolic activity should be high enough, while lower level of metabolic activity is needed for sleeping. If you fall asleep in your account then the body does not know what to do. In that case either the body does not sleep or you can not digest it.

So how much sleep

If you fall asleep within two hours or less of food then 80 percent of the food you eat goes to waste. Digestion should be completed before sleeping. But nowadays it happens that people eat, and go to sleep straight away, because after that they can not sleep. People have reached such a state where they do not even sleep till they eat their food and do not relax the body. If this is happening to you, then you need to pay attention to this. If you can not sleep without full stomach, then understand that you need to take any action immediately. This matter is not related to sleep, but it is a special kind of mental condition.

So the question is then how much sleeping? The answer would be – just as much body needed to sleep. Let the body decide on your own instead of sleeping and eating, because you can not make the right decision about them. Let the body decide on both food and sleep.
