Lacking the smoothies bowls in Aruba 😭 So I made a decision to make my very own! The bottom is a combination of frozen banana, cauliflower, kale, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries & ice. Prime with do-it-yourself banana granola and native strawberries 🍓

My AWESOME banana granola recipe —>
2 cups rolled oats
three mashed ripe bananas
three tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
half tsp vanilla extract
half cup nuts (walnuts, sliced almonds, and many others)
1 tsp stevia (elective)
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted (elective)
Combine all substances collectively and lay on a big, calmly greased pan. Spray granola with cooking spray and bake at 350F for 15 min. Transfer granola round into chunks and add extra cooking spray, then bake for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer round once more the broil for three min on excessive. Elective: add in raisins or chocolate chips.
