 1 lb Hen Tenders
 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
 Four Arduous-Boiled Eggs
 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
 1 Avocado sliced
 1 Small Pink Onion minimize in half and sliced
 half of English Cucumber chopped
 Four Cups Chopped Romaine lettuce
 1/Three Cup Blue Cheese crumbled
Selfmade Ranch Dressing:
 half of Cup Plain full-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives plus extra to garnish
 1 Garlic Clove minced
 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
 sea salt and pepper, to style
Directions
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high warmth.

In a shallow dish place hen tenders and season with salt and pepper to your style

Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil and blend nicely to coat.

Grill for about 3-Four minutes on either side, or till cooked by way of and now not pink within the inside. Let it relaxation for a couple of minutes on a chopping board, then slice it.
