Easy Lamb pulao/Lamb pilau
Four cups rice
2-Three onions sliced
half of to1 cup oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tbs garlic paste
2-Three black cardamom
2-Three bay leaves
2-Three items of cinnamon sticks
1tsp entire black pepper/peppercorns
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
1tbs coriander powder
1.5 tsp pink chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Salt to style
3-5 inexperienced chillies
Warmth oil within the pan and fry onions till they’re darker than golden brown. Then add cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaves, and caraway seeds. Fry for 30 seconds. Add meat together with garlic and fry correctly.
