The breaking program continues as I hit this prime single of 505lbs. Moved properly and felt nice. I tried 530 and technically acquired it but it surely was far too excessive. No knurling within the Heart and shitty bars made it really feel manner too iffy on my again. Pleased with the pace and high quality of this although. Did my prescribed 4×6 excessive bar tempo squats after this although. Paused some reps haha. .
