So yesterday I did a factor, lastly received a PR on the board.
Added 27lb PR to my clear and jerk since testing a number of weeks in the past.

If you happen to scroll over you’ll be able to see the primary time I attempted to wash and jerk 225 then a couple of weeks in the past after I tossed an unsightly 227 over my head from a crooked as all hell entrance rack. Lmao😜🤘

I’m tremendous stoked as a result of although I can see what wants enchancment from my new PR it’s nonetheless a lot technically higher then after I walked into @crossfitaboveall on the finish of December.
Studying to weightlifting has been probably the most enjoyable but most difficult a part of my well being and health path.
