Flooding in Northern California has turned the city of Guerneville into an island after the close by Russian River rose to its highest degree because the 1990s. The roads resulting in the city have been reduce off, and roughly 2,000 buildings and houses have been flooded to a point. No accidents have been reported, however police inspired residents to heed evacuation orders. Extra rain was within the forecast the weekend.
