Sean Yoro, an artist from Hawaii, paints his murals on precarious surfaces: melting icebergs or the burnt bark of bushes. His newest mission isn’t any exception: The collection is titled “Useless Seads,” and he painted it underwater whereas freediving, a type of diving which entails breath-holding and no scuba gear. He hopes the work, which took him a yr and a half to finish, will elevate consciousness about dying coral reefs. (📸: Sean Yoro)
